To register as press, please complete the APIC26 Media Credential Verification Form.
Once verified, you will receive an email from APIC Registration with details on how to complete your conference registration. Please allow up to 48 hours (about 2 business days) for the APIC Media Staff to review your request.

Press Eligibility
Press badges are available to working members of the media who can provide evidence that their attendance will result in coverage of the APIC Annual Conference in print, broadcast, or online media.
Each publication may receive up to two (2) press badges.
Press badges will not be issued to:
- Advertising, marketing, public relations, publishing, or sales representatives
- Editors or reporters from exhibitors’ house organizations or promotional publications
- Public relations staff of exhibitors or educational institutions (including agencies)
- Writers producing commissioned or commercial analysis reports
- Individuals not filing news coverage of the meeting
Exhibitors may not register as press.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, APIC meetings and activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to allow APIC’s use and distribution—now and in the future—of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video recordings, and other electronic reproductions from the event.
