Dr. Tania Bubb PhD, RN, CIC, FAPIC. Senior Director, Infection Prevention and Control - Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Dr. Tania Bubb is a nationally recognized leader in infection prevention and control (IPC), currently serving as Senior Director of IPC at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She drives enterprise-wide IPC strategy within one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers, advancing patient safety across the full continuum of care. A transformational leader in the field, Dr. Bubb has shaped professional practice locally and nationally through service on the Board of Directors of Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC). She has chaired the APIC Professional Development Committee and led the Health Inequities and Disparities Taskforce, championing initiatives that strengthen workforce competency and embed equity into infection prevention practice nationwide. In 2024, she served as APIC President, guiding the organization during a pivotal period for healthcare epidemiology. Dr. Bubb contributes to advancing the science of infection prevention as a member of the American Journal of Infection Control Editorial Review Board. An accomplished speaker and published author, she regularly presents nationally sharing thought leadership that bridges evidence, policy, and frontline practice. Dr. Leticia Collins DNP, MSN, RN, PCCN, CCRN, CNL, NEA-BC. Administrative Director Nursing Quality & Patient Safety- St. Barnabus Healthcare Dr. Collins is passionate about empowering nurses through evidence-based practice, continuing education, national certification, and scholarly dissemination. Under her leadership, SBH nursing has achieved record participation in national conferences, improved CCRN certification rates, and launched the Nurse Residency Program, expanding to 14 additional cohorts. Her commitment to developing nurses and strengthening systems has produced measurable results with improved nurse retention rates and quality improvements metrics. Dr. Collins currently serves as the Administrative Director of Nursing Quality and Patient Safety, where she continues to advance nursing excellence through transformational leadership, mentorship, and a steadfast commitment to patient safety, shaping the next generation of nurse leaders.
